Letter of Consent
Saudi Arabia Visa Application
Fill out as much as you can on the Saudi
Visa Application and sign. Also sign the Caravan Agreement. Please fill
one of each form per traveler.
In addition to the forms, please send in
the following:

A
check in the amount of
$please call per person is required
with
your registration application form. Payment may be in the form of a
Personal Check from a US Bank or a Cashier's Check
made payable to "IEC
HAJJ".
No package is 100% confirmed until we have received all the required
documents from you, and you have received a reply correspondence
from us either by email, by regular mail, or phone.
A.
Personal Checks require 3-5 days to clear and may delay the processing
of your Hajj Applications. To avoid any delays, we recommend using
Cashier's checks or Money Orders.
B.
If your application is received after the listed deadline, the there
will be an additional $400+ fee added to the package.
C.
The payment listed covers all expenses incurred throughout the trip
EXCEPT
a) Qurbanee (sacrifice) expenses AND
b) personal purchases.
Hajj
Visa AND all travel expenses have already been included in the payment.

A Valid U.S. Passport or U.S. Re-Entry Permit
(valid at least for 6 months), or any other
Foreign Passport along with a photocopy of both sides of the Alien
Registration Card (Green Card) - front & back.
ALL Travel Documents must be valid for at least 6 months.

Health
Certificates for Immunization against Meningitis - (It is
required that you take this shot if you have not done so in the last
24 months i.e. it is valid for 2 years only) - available from your
county health department. Original vaccination certificate must be
stamped with the official seal of the issuing clinic. The Saudi
Embassy will reject any photocopies, and will also reject any
originals that are not stamped. The date of the vaccination and type
of the vaccination must be clearly indicated on the certificate. The
original vaccination certificate will be returned to you with your
passport after the hajj visa has been issued.

Pilgrims who have non-Islamic names
must have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their
conversion to Islam.

For Ladies: a "Mahram" (accompanying
man who is a direct or "first-degree" relative like husband,
brother, father, or son) must accompany the woman during the Hajj &
Umrah Trip. Wives accompanied by their
husbands must submit a "Notarized" copy of the Marriage Certificate.
Sisters who do not have a "Mahram" must submit a "NO Objection"
Letter signed and notarized by a first-degree relative (as
indicated above) as well as PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP.
